Thinking about going to Stiletto's this weekend. I know its a far drive but it's also right by the airport and there are cheap hotels in the area. If a bunch of us go and can pay $5 each that's not so bad. Just wondering if or who would want to go in on it? Let me know so I can book the hotel.

08:41 am - Passing time (could be boring)

I haven't updated in a while and I really don't have a lot to write about but here goes. I'm sitting in the computer lab here at 8:45 am trying my hardest to stay on campus and actually go to my 10:00 class. I usually just peace out after practice (6am) but I haven't went to this class all week. Its been a really rough week let me tell you. There's no real reason why I don't go to class anymore other then the fact I find it pointless to drive to campus for an hour class. Yeah, I'm a bit of a slacker these day but eh, I'm over it.

This weekend's events will be funfilled. Tonight I think I'm just gonna lay low and prepare for my parents arrival tomorrow since the house is a mess. Tomorrow during the day we have our track banquet, aka, Coach talking about cross country and then passing out a few awards to the kiss asses. After that we go to our annual pig roast out by the tailgate lot. I'm planning on bringing my own "drink" if you know what I mean. About the time everyone starts to tailgate and get rowdy my parents will probably leave so I can drink my life away and enjoy the Lakers killing those nasty Cards. Anyone else going to the game? Not sure what the plans after the game are. Melissa said something about going downtown... are you guys going out on Sat? Sunday will be the usual recovery day then a little study table to end the night, no biggie.

The best thing happened last night when I went to Pizza Hut!!! First of all I have to tell you about my love for Pizza Hut's cheese lovers with ham and pineapple... I LOVE IT. So I order that and am all excited THEN the lady is like, "you can get another pizza with one topping for $.25" who in their right mind would pass that up... not me. So I order that one too. THEN she comes over to the table and says that they are going to throw away their hot and ready pizza's cause they are getting ready to close and asks if we want one. So bottom line is I paid for one pizza and ended up taking 2.5 pizza's home... ahhhhhh life is good.

Is it sad that the pizza story has been the high point in my life lately? Oh well, I'm old, I'm boring, and I'm over it. If anyone wants to do something this weekend let me know or maybe I'll just see you around somewhere. Peace out...

Okay I need some advice or just some opinion. Since I currently do not have a job where I live I have two options. 1. Move back home where I have no expenses except for gas and bar (if I go) and pay the rest and bills for the house when they are do which I can afford cause I can have my job back here whenever I want it or 2. Stay in the house in Allendale and try to find a job, possibly two since I can't find anything willing to pay over $8 an hour? As you can see I'm in quite the bind here. I want to stay in Allendale but I really don't think I can afford it especially with no job as of now but on the other hand I'll be able to make all the payments and still have spending money if I move back home but it will suck that I'm paying to live in a house 2.5 hours away... Ughhhhhh life sucks sometimes. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

What it is y'all, what's up... can a player just keep in touch? Yeah so I'm sitting in the lobby of a hotel at Hillsdale. Let me remind you that Hillsdale is the antique capitol of the world which means there are a lot of old ass things here including this hotel. It smells kinda weird in here and the bedding looks like something a grandma would have, not my grandma cause she's pretty pimp but you know what I mean. It's supposed to rain here all day which is always awesome for track meets. The only good thing is that I get to see Lisa today...YESSSSSS!

School's officially done now and we're all kinda moved into the house. I still have a lot to unpack but I'm waiting for a desk that my parents are bringing next week but it's all good. The house is pretty sweet cept for a few things, aka the rat/mouse.

Looks like the bus just pulled up to take us to the track so I'll catch you all some other time. That is when I get internet connected in the house.

This is the last night I'll ever be in campus housing. YESSSSS! It's been a good 4 years but all I have to say to you housing bastards is FUCK YOU!!! We can't move into the house till Thursday so I'm not too sure where me and ALL of my stuff is going. I think I'm staying at Trina's tomorrow night but I do have massive amounts of boxes and stuff from my room that definately won't fit in the cav. Janine said I could leave some in the Element (box) but hopefully I'll be able to at least store stuff in the garage or basement. I have two exams tomorrow and haven't opened a book at all today... OOPS!!! I'm already over the finals taking. Both tomorrow won't hurt me anymore so I really don't care. I talked to Lisa Sweany today and even if I completely fail two classes I'm still eligible AND I can walk in December and compete second semester. Okay well, I better pack more shit up, shower, then get rested for these finals. Guess who may be making a bar appearance Thursday night? Yes, I may come out of hiding and go out but not drink (too much).

No more classes for me!!! Only 3 exams and I'm all done... this year. I've been thinking a lot about what I want to do post graduation. Fire academy, job market, grad school? I have plenty of time but I'd like to get things straightened away so I know what I need to do. This semester wasn't exactly a GPA booster for me. I kinda slacked big time and well, not doing well in classes. I'll be okay though, I'm a smart kid sometimes. I'm excited for the end of the semester cause that means moving out of campus housing, NO MORE TRACK, weekly income, more freedom to see my gf, and I can finally go out again.

Sorry this update is kind of lame but I just don't feel like writing a lot right now, maybe tomorrow when I need to find something to do other then homework. Hope you all have a good night.

Hey everyone, there's a home track meet tomorrow (1 of 2 this season) it would be nice to see all of you since I can't go out anymore. I'll be throwing the javelin about 11:30am behind the softball field. Running events start at 1 and go from there. Again, it would be nice to see some of you that I haven't seen in forever.

Well ladies it's finally Friday and you all know what that means. I'm sorry I wasn't out last night, sounds like everyone had a good time, maybe too good. I have to make it through one more class, then run some errands, team meal, track meet, then I can finally relax and go out. I don't really have anything else to write about as tonight is all I'm interested in.

I got a 100% on my profeciency test this morning about CPR so if anyone goes down I can revive you. Later girls.

09:43 pm - I wanna go out!!!

Here I am all alone in my apartment on a Thursday night. Why am I sitting here and not going out? Good question. Actually, I not only have class at 8am but I have a test on this only the second week of class. I also don't think the bar would be an ideal situation for my lungs considering I have a track meet tomorrow.

TRACK MEET TOMORROW!!! If anyone is bored about 6-8ish I have a meet in the Grand Valley arena. Should be a good time, my training has been going well and times are improving. The afterwards.... LADIES NIGHT. This has been the longest week ever waiting for Friday to roll around. Where's the pre-drinking going to be taking place? I can probably drive a shit load of people if you want, I'll have my parents Durango and will not be drinking much since I have to wake up and drive to Warren in the morning.

Current Annoyances:
Grand Valley trainers: I have a stronger hate for the GV trainers now that I sat in the TR room for a half hour patiently waiting to get my throbbing achilles looked at while various other athletes walk in and get looked at right away. Then say they want to be out of the TR by 6:30 so they send me with three ice cups to take home and ice. Also the grad ASSistant who went to my coach becuase she over heard me say that I was thinking about not going to class... you work as a bitch for Grand Valley, you are nobody, shut up.

Grand Valley drivers: Yes, there is snow one the ground but that doesn't mean you have to go 15... you can hit the gas a little bit. You also do not have to park at the Stop signs for 10 seconds, are you waiting to get rear ended?

Grand Valley profs: It is really cool that you say there is no acceptable excuse to miss class or to be late and after the second time your grade drops but... you can miss class as long as you have the stupid grad ASSistant cover for you. So if I can get someone to cover for me can I also stay home when it snows?

Yes, basically all my annoyances are dealing with Grand Valley right now. Good news is that by this time next year I will be in the real world and hopefully away from here of maybe here but just hanging out working somewhere.

Also is it ever going to stop snowing?

My happy thought of the day (besides that it's only two days away from being Friday) is that my cat is so damn cute. When I got home she jumped right up on the desk and started giving me kisses and rubbing her face on mine. She's the cutest EVER. Now she's sleeping on my lap with the pur box going at full speed.
